POC releases their first album Our World
Nominated for an OKTV Awards for Best New Group
Ready D, rapper / DJ WINS SA National DJ Competition
The Star SAs biggest selling daily newspaper, votes Our World one of the top twenty album
An extensive 80-leg tour of schools on a major anti-drug drive, reaching 70 000 scholars
Debut performance at the Kings Trust Concert with Joan Armatrading, Swaziland; Thabiso Leshoai, City Press journalist, wrote that POC very nearly stole the show from Ms. Armatrading
SAYCO (South African Youth Congress) Freedom Concert
Radio Fives Biggest Birthday Bash, Johannesburg 25 000 people
ECC (End Conscription Campaign) concert

UCT (University of Cape Town) Rag Concert

1991
Released second album entitled Boom Style
Video Kickin Nonstop, from above album is censored by the SABC because POC are seen putting a portrait of PW Botha (ex President of SA) into a fridge
Another track Ons Stem is banned because of lyrical content and use of SA National anthem, which was not recognized by 90% of South Africans
Performed at the Radio Five Bigger Birthday Bash
The Star again votes Boom Style one of the top twenty albums released
Ready D once again WINS the SA National DJ Championship
Ramone, POCs lead dancer WINS the SA National Freestyle Dance Championship
Anti-Drug school tour covering 45 schools (50 000 school children), Transvaal

Work begins on the third album Age of Truth
Quincy Jones and Caiphus Semenya invite POC to the Montreux Jazz Festival, Geneva
Spent four weeks in London checking out the rap scene
Toured with Paul Simon on his Born at the Right Time Tour
